Pakistan announce 30 probables for World Cup 2015

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced a preliminary squad of 30 players for World Cup 2015 on Saturday.

PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan has approved the 30-member squad, picked up by the PCB selection committee headed by Moin Khan, who is also team manager. Seasoned all rounder Abdul Razzaq and Hammad Azam have been ignored.

Probables: Misbah ul Haq (Skipper), Mohammad Hafeez, Sami Aslam, Sharjeel Khan, Babar Azam, Fawad Alam, Sarfraz Ahmad, Kamran Akmal, Anwar Ali, Umar Gul, Umar Akmal, Younis Khan, Ehsan Adil, Sohail Tanvir, Bilawal Bhatti, Yasir Shah, Mohammad Talha, Azhar Ali, Nasir Jamshed, Zulfiqar Babar, Mohammad Irfan, Wahab Riaz, Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Malik, Sohaib Maqsood, Asad Shafiq and Ahmad Shahzad.
