DUBAI: As Ahmed Shehzad ruled out of the Test series against New Zealand, experienced opener Taufeeq Umar likely to replace the injured opener.
According to reports, team management is considering to give opportunity to Taufeeq Umar in place of Ahmed Shehzad who was sent back to Pakistan after getting fracture in his skull.
Shehzad was beaten by Corey Anderson’s bouncer which struck in his head and fractured his skull during first 1st Test against New Zealand when he was batting on 176 runs.
