NASHVILLE: American singer Luke Bryan has won the US Country Music Association (CMA) Awards for entertainer of the year 2014 at the 48th annual awards show at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
Bryan took the night’s top prise even the country’s strong couple came again at CMA Awards on Wednesday.
Bryan was named entertainer of the year and he is a first CMA honour at the 48th annual awards show.
“I have some angels in heaven; my brother and sister are up there and making this night possible for me.” Bryan said.
Miranda Lambert won the three major awards including her first single-of-the-year honor and husband Blake Shelton grabbed his fifth consecutive trophy for male vocalist of the year.
