“I am ready for captaincy”: Younis Khan

LAHORE: Former skipper of Pakistan cricket team Younis Khan said that leading Pakistan team is an honor for every player as he is ready to lead the team.

Star batsman Younis Khan while giving an interview said that captaincy is not an easy job, “I have left the captaincy three to four times.”

He said if player, senior or captain will be loyal to the their job than team can win easily.

“I have made triple century in the first test after becoming captain of green shirts and also manage to win Twenty 20 (T20) World Cup for the country,” Younis said.

Younis (36) said despite playing great innings against Australia, “I am not able to score a single century against Aussies.”

“I don’t want to be remembered as low scoring batsman against Aussies,” he said.
