Chief Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk separated from bench over electoral reform case

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Nasir-ul-Mulk has separated himself from bench over electoral-reform case on Monday in Islamabad.

Chief Justice directed to hear the case in front of another bench.

Nasir-ul-Mulk said that he was interim of election commission while the answer was submitted, so that it would be technically  wrong with the case.

Supreme Court suspended the case till November 10.
