Sri Lanka batsmen dominate Day 3 against Pakistan

GALLE: Kumar Sanagakkara’s century helps Sri Lanka to score 252 runs on loss of two wickets on day three of first test against Pakistan played at Galle international stadium.

Host started their incomplete innings from 99/1. Sangakkara knocks a brilliant century while Kaushal Silva and Mahela Jayawardane scored half centuries not only avoiding the follow on and ensuring Sri Lanka to pass 250 runs mark.

Kumar Sangakkara is still out their unbeaten on 102 runs with Mahela Jayawardane’s 55 runs.

Mohammad Talha and Junaid Khan took one wicket each for the green shirts.
