Islamabad: Jamiat Ulema-e Islam (JUI-S) chief, Maulana Sami ul Haq on Wednesday has said that his committee neither part of Taliban committee nor the government committee and they only wanted a successful dialogue to maintain peace in the country.
Talking to media after a rally for showing solidarity with Kashmiri people, he appealed to the nation to pray for the success of dialogue process.
On a query, Â Sami ul Haq has refused the demand by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif that the Taliban member should be included in the committee.
He said that the demand by the PM could provide a chance to the Taliban that the President of Pakistan should be included in the government committee.
He urged the government committee to imitate dialogue instead of increasing demand list.
On Kashmir issue‚ Maulana Samiul Haq said Kashmiri people have rendered matchless sacrifices in their struggle for right to self-determination‚ which will not go in waste.
