LONDON: After a long silence between the former two coalition partners, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) seem ready to resume their political ties.
The hints came after MQM chief Altaf Hussain received Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik at his residence in London.
Known for his fluent speaking, Rehman Malik is reportedly on a special task by PPP leadership to meet Hussain.
According to media reports, Rehman Malik delivered a special message of PPP co-chairperson and former president Asif Ali Zardari to MQM chief.
Both parties have exchanged harsh words over various issues ranging from Karachi to Sindh in last few months.
Rehman Malik has reportedly sought help of Altaf Hussain for the uplift of Sindh.
Governor of Sindh Dr. Ishrat ul Ibad Khan was also present on the occasion.
