KARACHI: The Sindh government on Tuesday has decided transferring 51 high-risk criminals jailed in different detention centre in the province.
The decision was taken during a high-level session supervised by the Chief Minister of Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah, while several other prominent provincial lawmakers were also present in the meeting.
The provincial authorities approved transferring 51 high-risk prisoners in the first slot from different jails of Karachi including Central Jail and Landhi Jail.
CM Sindh Qaim Ali Shah ordered the authorities for ensuring fool-proof security in Sukkur and Hyderabad detention centres as well as directed to install jammers within one month.
