ISLAMABAD: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal has scheduled an official two-day visit to Pakistan and likely to be arrived on January 6 (Monday) in Islamabad.
The Saudi Arabian FM Saud Al-Faisal arriving to Pakistan on day declared prominent in the country due to the hearing of a high profile treason case of former military ruler General Rtd. Pervez Musharraf.
Al-Faisal is arriving with an special message of the Saudi Arabian King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as well as open discussion on the matters relating to Pervez Musharraf, local media Express News reported.
Saudi FM Saud Al-Faisal will discuss ways to further expanding Pak-Saudi ties and enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields, Radio Pakistan reported.
During his stay he will hold in-depth talks with Pakistan leadership including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain.

Besides bilateral matters‚ Saudi Foreign Minister will also discuss Afghan and regional situation including post-foreign troops withdrawal from that country.
It is also expected that both the sides will review the suspended Taliban-US dialogue process for Afghan reconciliation.
