ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench led by the new Pakistani Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani will resume hearing of the missing person Atiq-ur-Rehman case in Islamabad on Wednesday (today).
The Supreme Court would resume hearing of case regarding missing person Atiq-ur-Rehman today.
Three-member bench comprising Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Nasir-ul- Mulk and Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan would resume the hearing of complaint filed by Saqlain Mehdi.
The complaint has been filed for impleadment as party in the case of missing person Attiqur Rehman, who went missing from Abbotabad.
Additional advocate General for Pakistan, Additional advocate general Punjab would appear before the apex court.
