PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government frames a plan to provide quick health services to masses and to provide scientific technical training to youths.
For this purpose, the provincial government has joined hands with The Aman Foundation, a Karachi based trust working in areas like Emergency Medical Response, Community Health Workers as well as Education and Technical Skills development.
Aman Foundation has presented an offer to the Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) led government for providing assistance in two areas: first is for tele-health initiative for KPK people through telephone and mobile phones and second is for technical education to unemployed youths.
In a meeting, Chief Minister Pervez Khattak approved the project envisioning sending 500 youths from the province to Karachi for the technical education.
Khattak views that keeping in view of the damage done to the governmental infrastructure during previous regimes the provincial authorities would not hesitate to join hands with the private sector.
