LAHORE: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Syed Munawwar Hassan has emphasized on the government to start peace talks with the Taliban on the basis of reality, The News tribe has learnt.
Speaking to JI officials and workers at Mansoora here, Munawwar Hassan suggested government to ban the NATO supplies until the US stopped drone attacks in North Waziristan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said national conference will be called in November of this Year’s against privatization of national institutes by government.
Munwar Hassan also criticized the non serious attitudes of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz as the ruling political party and Pakistan People’s Party as opposition.
Earlier, Chief Minister of KPK, Pervez Khattak has also given the threat to stop NATO supplies if US drone attacks not stopped.
