LONDON: Wisden has announced names of great cricket players for its alternate World XI including Imran Khan, Brian Lara, Adam Gilchrist leaving one of the England’s legendary cricketer Ian Botham.
Wisden has introduced two balanced squads of legendary players comprising of cricketerws such as Wasim Akram, Imran Khan, Don Bradman, Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Vivian Richards, Garry Sobers, Shane Warne and Adam Gilchrist. Having a batting average of 99.94, Don Bradman has been appointed captain for World Test XI. Both of the sides having legendary batsmen ready to blow the roof off with their performance.
The World XI side comprises of four Englishmen but the other candidates are equally capable and needs nothing to prove.
Imran Khan has been inducted in Wisden Alternate World XI who may give tough time to legendary team mate Wasim Akram in World XI squad. The two sides include:
