PESHAWAR: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province, Pervez Khattak, on Friday has announced for introducing modern policy for education sector in near future.
KPK government’s recent announcement has signalled implementation of modern policy for the betterment of education system.
Despite following the previous trend of rewarding teacher on political basis, CM KPK Pervez Khattak vowed that promotions and transfers of educators across province would be based on their performances.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) affiliated Khattak clarified that the new educational policy will ensure improvement in academic system.
Moreover, PTI’s coalition partner in the KPK government, a senior provincial minister of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Siraj ul Haq also clarified his stance by saying that encouragement will be made for any move taken for the promotion of education in KPK.
