KARACHI: The University of Karachi’s administration immediately takes action and debars three students alleged in an unlikely incident with the girl.
University of Karachi has debarred three students of BS 2nd Year (Evening Program) from entering into the campus.
The decision has been taken as a result of an unfortunate incident that took place yesterday (18-09-2013) when some students tried to mishandle a faculty member of the Department of Physics.
However, immediate action has been taken and the students identified as Faraz Shakeel (Environmental Studies), Umar Ali and Noman Malik (Department of Chemistry) has been debarred for the campus.
Not only this, but the students will not be able to appear in any examinations, their academic records has also been sealed until the decision of the disciplinary committee.
According to the advisor to Vice Chancellor for Security affairs – Prof. Dr. Khalid Iraqi, this is not a minor incident. Violence or agitation is unacceptable in the University premises.
As per Vice Chancellor’s directives, stern and immediate action is always taken against those found guilty.
