KARACHI: Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) hints at going back to 90’s era while lodging its protest over arrest of its unit in charge and former lawmaker.
MQM leader Faisal Sabzwari said that if someone wishes to go to 90’s era, we too are prepared. He said that workers of MQM are continuously targeted by Sindh government in the name of targeted operations. He said that the claims of Sharjeel Inam Memon are baseless.
In a span of 6 days 100s of MQM workers have been arrested by rangers on the orders of Sindh government. Innocent people of Karachi are being continuously targeted which must not happen. Cases against Nadeem Hashmi are malign propaganda against MQM. He was arrested in fake case by the rangers.
Sabzwari claimed that if anyone is willing to go back to the era of 90s we too are prepared. We will continue to cooperate with federal government. The political assassination must be stopped and must be focused to arrest criminal rather than representatives of the people.
