Karachi: Information Minister of Sindh rejects the claims of political victimisation and biased operations.
Information Minister of Sindh, Sharjeel Inam Memon rejected statement by Haider Abbas Rizvi that a political victimisation is being carried out against certain stake holders. Memon claimed that no political targeting has been carried out by Sindh government.
The information minister said that the ongoing operation is Karachi is without any bias against any political entities of the country. Some people are trying to give it a discriminatory view, although the ongoing operations are being carried out on behalf of available information of police and rangers.
Sharjeel Memon further said that the operations are only focused upon criminals rather than any political party. The metropolitian city of Pakistan cannot be left at the mercy of criminals and for the success of operation; the political parties must cooperate for success.
He further said that for the restoration of peace strict action will be taken. The city of Karachi comprises of diverse cultures living together and speaking different languages.
