ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has slammed Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N)-led federal government over significant increase of inflation in Pakistan.
PTI Imran Khan said that PML-N government put huge burden on poor segment of the country as inflation ration increased up to 24% only in July.
Khan urged the federal government to revise economic implementation and design real steps for facilitating Pakistani nation.
While addressing in a press conference in Islamabad, PML-N has unsuccessful to bring visible progress after completing 90 days in federal government.
He said that Pakistani rupee is continuously losing its value against dollar which is resulting in more inflation.
Referring to power theft by various elements‚ Imran Khan said stern action is needed to be taken against the culprits. He also asked for increasing the tax base so that only salaries people are not burdened with taxes.
Moreover, Imran Khan signalled to bring Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman before court after receiving allegations on him for becoming a Jewish agent.
