ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has entered into an agreement with the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) to develop ICT infrastructure and provide full range of telecommunications services for the residents of DHA Lahore.
PTCL shall deploy its state-of-the-art services including voice telephony, broadband internet and SmartTV as well as Pakistan’s fastest and most reliable EVO wireless broadband internet under the agreement.
The agreement was signed by Muhammad Nasrullah, PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Business Zones and Brig Aamir Mustafa Bajwa (Rtd) Director Maintenance Defense Housing Authority Lahore in the presence of Naeem Shahbaz ul Haq, PTCL Executive Vice President (EVP) Business Zone Central, Brig Haroon Malik, Administrator DHA Lahore, and other senior officials from PTCL and DHA.
Muhammad Nasrullah, PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Business Zones while speaking at the ceremony said, “We are pleased to extend cooperation with DHA Lahore for telecom infrastructure development. PTCL understands its responsibility as the national carrier and is aligning all possible measures to develop progressive and robust ICT solutions which accelerate socio-economic development in the country”.
Brig Haroon Malik, Administrator DHA said at the occasion, “It a matter of great pride for DHA to partner with PTCL. An efficient ICT sector plays a pivotal role in the economic progress of the country, and for this reason, we have partnered with PTCL, the largest ICT services provider, to develop an integrated network of telecom services which caters to the needs of residents of DHA”.
