LAHORE: Master Celeste organized Free Spinal Screening for general public in collaboration with KKT Orthopedic Spine Centre in Lahore, Pakistan.
Dr Afzal, chief orthopedic surgeon and consultant KKT said, “Orthopedic problems are caused when minor aches and pains are not treated. Our health, physical and mental, is affected by our lifestyle, posture, diet & for a third of our lives, the position of body while sleeping.”
“Many patients with orthopedic problems give preference to diet & lifestyle but they overlook the importance of a mattress” said Dr Afzal while speaking at the occasion.
Shahzad Malik, Managing Director of Master Celeste said, “Sleep is the most essential part of the day. A good night’s sleep leads to a more productive morning. “
Appreciating screening camp he said that “this activity is to raise strong awareness on which type of mattresses should be used when it comes to preventing back problems, and the ability to eradicate pain & provide a better quality of life to those that do suffer from back and neck conditions.”
