ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court orders police to register a case against former dictator Pervez Musharraf on charges of killing of Ghazi Abdul Rasheed and his mother during Lal Masjid Operation.
IHC’s Justice Noorul Haq has issued the order this morning on plea of son of Ghazi, who was killed during a operation about six years ago in outskirts of capital city of Islamabad.
The court further ordered the police to record the statement of Ghazi’s son.
The former president has already facing a number of cases including Akber Bugti killing, judges detention case and high treason charges in different courts of the country.
