KARACHI: With the nation eagerly waiting for hearing final news about start of Ramadan, official bodies for moon sighting are in meetings this moment.
However, Met experts have predicted that chances are very rare that moon could be sighted.

Met Department Forcaste
Met Department had already declared that it would be difficult to sight moon in the country due to cloudy weather. It has also put aside the estimations that moon sighting was possible in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa province, where unanimous starting of Ramadan has become an impossible thing.
KPK government’s strict stance against ‘self announcements’
Contrary to the previous KPK government who always backed split start of the Ramadan, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and Jamaat e Islami back government declared to observe the holy month as per the announcement of official body of the country.
