PESHAWAR: As the new government is cementing its footing on grounds, death toll rises to 14 in Friday suicide attack in the capital city of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Peshawar.
According to security officials, at least 27 people have been injured in the attack when a fanatic bomber blew himself up during the prayer in a seminary.Â
The seminary blast occurred near a seminary in Chamkani area of Peshawar this afternoon.
The eye witnesses’s account tell that near 200 people were present when the place was struck.
Shafiullah Khan, Superintendent Police Rural, says six to eight kilograms explosive was used by suicide bomber while carrying out deadly attack on worshipers at a mosque in premises of a religious seminary in suburb area of Peshawar.
