KARACHI: Shahrukh Jatoi, son of a feudal father Sikandar Jatoi has challenged the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)’s decision of death penalty on Wednesday before Sindh High Court, now Pakistani nation is going to watch the second phase of war between Feudalism and Justice.
Following his lawyer’s advise, Shahrukh Jatoi has appealed against the ATC decision for sentencing him for death on June 7 as convict of Karachi teenager Shahzeb Khan’s killing on December 25, 2013 while the court gave him chance to appeal against the decision within 7 days.
The prime suspect Shahrukh was accompanied by Nawab Siraj Ali Talpur and Nawab Sajjad Ali Talpur (brothers), his servant Ghulam Murtaza Lashari while 3 fugitive suspects had been termed as proclaimed offenders.
Moreover, Shahzeb’s sibling Parishay Khan had claimed that defendants and their powerful supporters were putting tremendous pressure on her family and people closely associated with the case.
