RAWALPINDI: An anti terrorism court hearing the Akbar Bugti case has given consent to a joint team to interrogate Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf ruler for the murder.
The plea was granted approval by the judge Habib-ur-Rehman, here on Thursday.
The investigators will question the former military ruler in his farmhouse residence, converted into sub jail.
Earlier, Quetta police had also sought permission to interrogate the former army chief, which was granted by a court.
Gen (retd ) Musharraf had allegedly killed the Baloch tribal head for his ‘defiance to the writ of the state’.
