ISLAMABAD: “Establishing peace during the general elections is the biggest challenge the government is facing at the moment.”
This was stated by the interim Prime Minister, Mir Hazar Khan Khoso while expressing his concern on security arrangements on eve of general elections, here on Friday (today).
Khoso reiterated that holding transparent and fair elections is the biggest priority and all efforts would be made to achieve this task.
It may be mentioned here that the arrest of former president general (retd) Pervez Musharraf in the federal capital and law and order situation in Karachi have given birth to new security challenges ahead of polls in the country.
