Facing a tough challenge of meeting expectations of tech savvies, Apple is expected to announce the next edition of its smartphone, iPhone 5S, on June with the device hitting stores in July.
And the much rumoured budget iPhone or cheaper iPhone model is likely to be launched in August aiming at capturing emerging markets like China, India and Pakistan.
MacFan, a Japanese fans website about Mac, claims in its recent report that iPhone 5S will be launched on Thursday, June 20 following its sales somewhere in July.
The June and July combination of launching and selling of iPhone devices has become a standard practice of Apple for last many. Many other tech sites as well as analysts have predicted the launch of iPhone 5S, an upgraded model of iPhone 5 launched in Sep 2012, in June this year.
Earlier Gene Munster, an Apple research, predicted iPhone 5S launch at the end of June followed by the budget iPhone in September.
Similarly, famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities, was of the view that Apple would likely go for launch of iPhone 5S in June and later on putting it onto sale in July.
Every year, June is also considered as an important month for Apple, as it hold its Worldwide Developers Conference in second week of the month. So launch of the iPhone 5S at the mega event could be viewed as logical prediction.
The iPhone 5S is rumoured to have a faster A7 processor, a Smart Flash feature for camera, Fingerprint sensing on screen for protection, many incremental changes and an improved Map App.
