Thanks to flagship smartphone for 2013, Galaxy S4, and other major devices, Samsung has set a goal of selling 5oo million in 2013.
According to SamMobile, the Korean tech giant crossed the figure of 420 million devices in 2012 and this year it expects to sell over 500 million devices.
However these figures are not confirmed from any official source.
Only the major device, Galaxy S4, is expected to be sold for 50 million times, with other major brands like Galaxy S4 mini, Galaxy tablets, high-end Galaxy devices and low-end mobile phones.
“Samsung uses their own AMOLED panels for there high-end models. Low and mid range devices uses LCD from sharp or from Samsung Display self,” SamMobile further said in its report.
Galaxy S4 is likely to hit the stores later in April worldwide following a launch of Galaxy S4 Mini in June or July.
