Karachi: The Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) chief Pir Sibghatullah Shah Rashidi approved on Wednesday three nominees for caretaker chief minister of Sindh.
The three names approved by the PML-F are: Abdullah Hussain Haroon, Aslam Sanjrani and Khair Muhammad Junejo.
Under the Constitution, the chief minister is supposed to consult opposition leader in appointing interim chief minister.
The term of the National Assembly of Pakistan is going to end on March 16 and provincial assembly of Punjab is the last to complete its tenure on April 11.
