Samsung’s Galaxy S4 is now almost confirmed not to have S-Pen feature though it could be said more confidently now that the upcoming flagship smartphone will have AirView or ‘non-contact Gesture’ function.
No S Pen Stylus
In one of its report, Korean daily Ddaily claims that Galaxy S4 is most probably to have a home button with touch keys. However, much rumoured S Pen Stylus will not be a part of the phone.
AirView or Non-Contact Gesture Function
“Still AirView or non-contact Gesture function will be available in the phone which might be misunderstood for S Pen Stylus,” the daily further said.
“AirView feature lets a user to use the smartphone by floating his finger above the screen and there is no need to touch it,” an early report from The News Tribe said.
Release Date
The Korean Daily also confirmed launching date of Galaxy S4 in early April and that it will be announced in mid of the March. Earlier reports from The News Tribe have also said that 2013’s most anticipated Android phone, Galaxy S4, will be announced on March 15 and will available in markets from early April.
Design
Regarding design of the phone, the daily claim that it would be very similar of Galaxy S3, as its a streamlined design from the Korean tech giant.
