Islamabad: Pakistan and Saudi Arabian government on Wednesday inked an agreement on Hajj 2013, stating that 180000 Pakistanis will perform Hajj this year.
The agreement was signed between Pakistan’s Minister for Religious Affairs Khursheed Shah and Saudi Hajj Minister Dr. Bandar bin Mohammad al-Hajjar in Islamabad.
The agreement said that 180000 pilgrims would visit Saudi Arabia out of which 40,000 would directly land in Medina, a holy Islamic site in the kingdom.
