Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Friday said that the Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) leader Dr. Tahirul Qadri has no intention of postponing elections and he was working against the corrupt and feudal system of the country.
During a contact between Altaf Hussain and Tahirul Qadri via telephone, the two leaders discussed current political situation of the country.
The MQM chief further asserted that he would continue to support Tahirul Qadri as he his views were in accordance with the manifesto of the MQM.
“Those who are opposing Tahirul Qadri wanted to maintain status quo in the country,” he said.
