Islamabad: The solicitor of Business tycoon Malik Riaz on Thursday rejected the Suddle commission report over Arsalan graft case and said that he would submit his reservations over the report in Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday (tomorrow).
Talking to media, Zahid Hussain Bukhari said that the Suddle commission was harassing witnesses by threatening to place their names on Exit Control List (ECL).
“There are many witnesses who wanted to appear before the court but fear that their name might be placed on ECL,” he said adding that the commission should have gone to London to collect the evidences.
He also said that the Suddle commission report proved that Arsalan Iftikhar received 5 million rupees for his foreign trips.
He further lashed out at Suddle commission and said that the commission had no authority to scrutinize the assets and bank accounts of Malik Riaz.
