New Delhi: A Mig21 Bison aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed in the Indian capital of New Delhi, reporting no injuries to the pilot or on ground.
The aircraft crashed near the Naliya airbase located in Gujrat. The pilot, reportedly a Wing Commander, ejected himself from the plane and remained safe.
Reports suggested that this is the second plane crash since April 2012. According to sources, Mig21 is an upgraded Russian-made plane being used by the air force.
