Lahore: Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Wednesday announced 18-member squad for the men’s Hockey Champions Trophy which is scheduled to be played in Australia.
Akhtar Rasool, the head coach of Pakistan team, said that Mohammad Imran would lead the squad in the event while Waqas Sharif would be vice captain.
He said that the team would leave for Australia on November 19 to play the trophy.
The Men’s Hockey Champions Trophy Melbourne 2012 will be held in Melbourne from 1 – 9 December 2012 at the State Netball Hockey Centre

Mohammad Imran (c), Waqas Sharif , Imran Shah (GK), Rizwan Junior, Shakeel Abbasi, Rizwan Senior, Abdul Haseem, Umer Bhatta, Ali Shan, Mohammad Kashif, Waseen, Kashif, Atiq, Shafqat Rasool, Fari Ahmed, Â Rashid, Mohammad Tauseeq, Imran Butt.
