Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister has ordered that his son-in-law be included in the investigation in a case pertaining to torture on an employee of a bakery in Lahore.
The chief minister said on Wednesday said that rule of law was dearest to him than his life.
He said that nobody including family members of ruling elite was above the law. “Being a chief minister i am answerable to people,” he said.
A CCTV footage showed a couple of days ago seven elite force officials including an alleged body-guard of chief minister’s son-in-law Ali Imran beating up an employee of a bakery minutes after Sharif’s daughter bullied him at his shop.
Speaking to media, Ali Imran said ” i will appear before police officers today,”
