Islamabad: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari has directed authorities to send Malala Yousufzai abroad for further medical treatment, here on Monday.
Unidentified man on Tuesday attacked the vehicle of Malala Yousafzai, known for being a children’s rights activist in Swat valley of Pakistan Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa province.
According to presidential spokesman, Farhat Ullah Babar, the president directed Interior minister Rehman Malik to arrange an air ambulance for the critically injured Malala.
Earlier, the doctors of Combined Military Hospital (CMH) recommended that the girl should be sent abroad for treatment.
