Islamabad: The Shoaib Sadal commission, formed by Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) to probe Arsalan graft case, on Friday demanded to place the names of Business tycoon Malik Riaz, Arsalan Iftikhar, son of Chief Justice of Pakistan and Ahmed Khalil on the Exit Control List (ECL).
The development came after Arsalan Iftikhar demanded Dr Shoaib Sadal to put names of Ahmed Khalil and Riaz on the ECL. In a letter written to Sadal, the CJP son claimed that Ahmed Khalil was in Pakistan and he should be interrogated regarding the matter.
The CJP son further said that instead of three notices to Riaz, he failed to appear before the commission.
The commission also issued a final notice to Malik Riaz to appear before the commission until October 12 and record his testimony.
The notice further said that one-sided report would be forwarded to the SC in case of absence of the business tycoon.
