Washington: Apple’s iPhone 5 is going great when it comes to sales number, but there are some complaints that are being repeatedly reported by users.
Quite satisfied with hardware of the new iPhone, users are basically complaining about three common things so far:
1) A common complaint is about battery life which is much shorter than expectations.
Battery life is not that good with loads of software and apps irritating users a lot. The users have to charge the phone time to time to keep going with their smartphone.
2) Second major complaint is about heat generation over using the phone. As one user commented “Heat – mine runs uncomfortably hot, especially when on 3G (excuse me, AT&T – 4G) networks.”
3) A somewhat weird complaint is crosstalk in headphones – a user has explained this problem in these words “I can hear faint electrical hum when I do power hungry operations, like scrolling the screen.”
But Apple has yet to emerge from its Maps fiasco to look into small complaints and problems like given above.
