Islamabad: Pakistan Minister for Religious Affairs and Pakistan People’s Party Leader Syed Khursheed Shah has said that any decision beyond the Constitution would not be accepted.
The minister while talking to media outside the Supreme Court of Pakistan said that they respect the judiciary and their prime minister had appeared before the court for five times.
Pakistani government defused a conflict with the apex court after Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf told the court that they would comply with the orders to reopen graft cases against President Asif Ali Zardari in Switzerland.
“We have good relations with the Supreme Court, however, any decision beyond the Constitution will not be accepted,” Khursheed told reporters.
