Karachi: The Sindh High Court has issued stay order against the culling order of sick sheep following a report by a medical commission.
The orders came as the commission produced its interim report to the SHC. Prof Rafique Khanani, head of the medical commission to the court that no indication of anthrax was found in the sheep after examination and chemical tests.
Following the report the court issued stay order till September 27 and directed that measures be taken to prevent the disease from spreading and affecting the workers taking care of the sheep herd.
