Khar: Pakistan security forces on Wednesday killed 29 militants during operation in Bajaur Agency of the country’s northwestern tribal region bordering Afghanistan.
Sources said that the forces carried out an operation in Batwar area of the agency and wiped out all the militants from the area. “The forces carried out the operation after the Afghan militants invaded some peaks in area few weeks ago.”
Pakistani security forces have been battling in the area against the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) led non-state actors since 2008.
