London: This is a mystery that cannot be solved but it can generate a lot of questions and confusions. A Chinese tomb, which has been sealed for more than 400 years during Ming Dynasty, had a watch that was very recent.
The watch is a miniature in the shape of ring and is just a century old. It was fully functional and stopped at 10.06 am. And on the back of it, the word “Swiss” is engraved in English.
And all of it just opens a path for a lot of questions. First, Chinese used characters rather than letters.
Second, it does not resemble the watches of that era. Another question is, back then German and French languages were used on the watches for writing “Swiss” and this watch has a “Swiss” written in English language.
And one more thing is the watches and rings were not popular in that time period. And a ring that is also a watch was impossible to be created at that time.
So the more we dig into the matter, the more complicated it gets. It is mystery with no solution but only confusion.
