Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered strict action against those involved in targeted killings and kidnappings in Balochistan.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry in its interim order into Balochistan law and order case ruled that all the missing persons be recovered within a month time.
The court said in its order that provincial and deferral government had assured their cooperation for maintain law and order in the province.
The court issued directives that a weekly report into the Balochiostan law and order would be submitted to Supreme Court Registrar Office.
The CJ said that the court had reached to a conclusion that responsibility of unrest in Balochistan be put on the provincial and federal governments.
The court ordered that arrangements be made for the return of Dera Bugti residents who fled the area.
The hearing was adjourned till September 3.
