London: With its next generation will be without hardware buttons, Sony’s next major Xperia smartphone release will use Google’s Android operating system.
Leaked Photos of Sony’s would be smartphone, with the codename Mint, shows it running on Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
However, it is expected that Sony might update the smartphone to Jelly Bean before it will be launched in the market, CNET reported.
Features of next Xperia
The photos shows Xperias to be running on a new dual-core Qualcomm Krait CPU and 1GB of RAM.
It will also have a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, 16GB of storage with a micro-SD card slot and a 4.3 inches with with a 720p HD resolution.
