Karachi: Qubee has announced results of the 2nd round of its “Only in Pakistan” online photo-caption competition on the Qubee facebook page which has approximately 200,000 members (largest following in all ISPs).
“Through this competition, Qubee aimed to promote the positive & young side of Pakistan which is most often ignored by the mainstream”. This was stated by Mr. Noman Shamim, Manager Marketing Communications, of Qubee Pakistan. He also said that “Qubee thanks all the participants of the “Only in Pakistan Round 2 – Facebook competition”, it was truly amazing to see such a big turnout with over 1,500 entries. With the closure of this competition we express our gratitude to everyone for showcasing the positive, humorous and glorious side of our truly diverse & culturally rich nation.”
Only in Pakistan – 2, is a follow-up to the first competition that was held in 2011 which had ground break-results last year as well. This year the competition has awarded an iPhone 4S, a Sony PS3, three 7inch touch-screen tablets & five 4 GB USB flash drives to 10 lucky winners in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
