Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered young doctor’s to immediately resume work in the hospitals .
Justice Ijazul Hassan Khan ,while hearing a plea against the strike of Young Doctors’ Association (YDA), remarked that doctors should not go on strike.
He assured the doctors that the court would review every aspect of the issue.
The court ordered the doctors to return and resume duties from Saturday 9:00 a:m.
The judge remarked that there was trust deficit between the doctors and the government.
Justice Ijaz said that the government should not harass the doctors. Punjab health secretary told the court all the problem was created by the doctors and the cases against medics were registered on behalf of the affectees of the doctors’ strike.
