Faisalabad: At least eight members of a family including women and child were killed due to old enmity in Faisalabad city of Punjab province, police said.
The police said that incident occurred in Green Town area of the city when unidentified gunmen entered a house opened fire indiscriminate fire, resultantly two women Ghulam Fatima, Ramzan Bibi and a child Ahmed,12 were died on the spot while four other women and a man injured.
They added that two other relatives of the same family were also wounded in Shadman Town of the city when unidentified gunmen opened fire on them. All the injured were shifted to Allied Hospital where five more succumbed to their injuries, raising the toll to eight.
 The police, after the initial investigation, said that the incident was a result of old enmity.
