Islamabad: Malik Riaz, a property tycoon and chairman of Bahria Town Housing Society, has announced that he would provide required money to secure release of Pakistani hostages of a ship MV Albedo.
He said that he would arrange the money over President Asif Ali Zardari’s call.
It may be mentioned that the deadline for release of the abducted Pakistanis was May 15.
The families of the hostages have appealed to President Asif Ali and the general public to free their loved ones.
The staff of the ship has been held hostage by Somali pirates since 2010.
